Procurement

The purchasing team consists of 6 colleagues between the ages of 20 and 65. The oldest in the team has a wealth of knowledge and experience about fruit and vegetables and the young colleagues supplement this with modern insights and new working methods.

On a daily basis, they are responsible for purchasing all fresh fruit and vegetables, and they do this at both local importers and international growers. It is not only important to know how to negotiate a good price, but also to guarantee that we receive the highest quality product in order to be able to meet the wishes of the customer.
