Fresh products are vulnerable with limited shelf life. For each product, sometimes depending on their application, there is a specific perfect moment for processing or preparation. It is therefore crucial that our products reach their destination fresh and intact. Packaging is important. It has to be safe to use, protect products from external influence and extend the products’ shelf life as much as possible. We work with gassed pallets to prevent vermin getting on board ships, we package our products in glued cardboard and close each batch on a pallet with a cardboard lid.
With Luxlait, our Luxemburg dairy partner, we developed a tetra portion of milk packaging with an American recipe for the American cruise ships.
