Cruise

This is the biggest team in the office, consisting of 8 people between the ages of 23-43. Also some part-time students are working in this team to support on busy days. People are working in couples and together they are responsible for certain customers and tasks. The team’s objective is to process all cruise ship orders promptly and correctly. There is a lot of coordination with the other departments and with the various international customers. In the months of May to October it is high season because then the number of cruise trips is tenfold compared to the winter months. In this period we work in shifts between 08:00-20:00 and also on Saturday morning we work on rotation.
